How do I book a vehicle?
Booking is simple! You can reserve your vehicle directly through our website or give us a quick call to handle your reservation personally.
What are the driver requirements?
All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a full, valid driver's licence held for at least 12 months. P-platers may inquire for specific conditions.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a standard security bond is required at the start of your rental. This is a taken alongside your hire fee on pick-up and is fully refunded once the vehicle is returned undamaged and full of fuel.
What insurance is included?
Standard insurance coverage is included in all rates. Optional excess reduction packages are available if you'd like extra peace of mind during your South Australian travels.
What is the fuel policy?
We operate a 'Full-to-Full' fuel policy. You'll pick up the vehicle with a full tank and we ask that you return it the same way to avoid refuelling charges.
Are there mileage limits?
Most rentals include 150km per day mileage for exploring South Australia. Long-term rentals or interstate travel may be applicable for negotiation, so please check your rental agreement.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, we offer flexible cancellations and changes. Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices and payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) for your convenience.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
We know life happens! Minor delays are usually fine, but significant late returns without notice may incur additional hourly or daily charges to protect other bookings.
Where do I pick up and return?
We have convenient pickup and return points in Gawler and the Barossa Valley. Your confirmation email will have the precise location details and simple arrival instructions.
Can I take the vehicle interstate?
If you're planning a trip across the border, please check with us first. Some vehicles and insurance plans have restrictions on interstate travel.
Who is responsible for tolls and fines?
Tolls and traffic/parking fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility. These will be either charged to your card or
re-assigned to you.
